1	Do you use professional equipment?
	Using professional sound equipment (including professional compact disc players) helps insure reliable service and a quality presentation. Interphase Sounds understand that you want the best performance for your money.
2	Will you provide an emergency back-up system at our event?
	Your special events are often once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. A back-up system protects your investment.
3	How much do you charge?
	The needs of your event, may not be the needs of another, that is why after meeting with you and discussing what we can do to help bring life your event, we then discuss fees. From an hourly rate to a flat fee event, we will be fair and affordable.
4	What is your deposit and cancellation policy
	We ask for a 25% deposit upon agreement of the fee. This is refundable if the event is cancelled within one week of the scheduled event.
5	What style of Music do you play?
	What style of music do you want? We have a vast collection of all kinds of music from country to hip-hop..you want it, we got it.
6	How many years of experience do you have?
	Experience brings knowledge of common problems and situations. Be sure your DJ has experience with your type of event.
7	May we call your references?
	References are a major part of the entertainment business. It is a good idea to get a few client and business references, hoever you may not be able to call some of our clients due to their celebrity status. Please click here for references and testimonials
8	How will you be dressed?
	Proper attire reflects a positive image to your guests. From casual to formal, we dress according to your specifications.
9	How early will you be to our event to set up?
	An average of sixty minutes should be allowed for set up and sound check. Any arrival time should be included in your entertainment contract.
10	Will you allow requests? Requests should be welcome although must be in line with what the client requested. If the request is different, the client will be asked to approved and the request will be made. Requests must be age appropriate.
11	What unique entertainment offerings do you provide? Bingo Calling? We do it! Introduction of Wedding Party? We do it! Have a door prize? We will call it! Need a special poem read? We will read it!! No two parties are alike. We work with you and your needs and the needs of your event.
